Why is exercising so important?

You might’ve already heard the famous phrase: “it’s good for you” when talking about exercising.

But, what if it’s true?

Did you know that, deep down, exercising actually helps you to feel good?

Doing the right amount of exercising can increase your energy level and even help you improve your state of mind.

Exercising has even more positive things that may know. It doesn’t only help you look better, but makes you feel better.

A few of the advantages and beneficial effects of physical activities.

Experts have recommended teenagers to exercise or participle in any physical activity, or even 極限運動 at least one hour a day, a here are a few reasons why:

1.  Exercising is good for your whole body, including your mind.

Physical exercise causes the body to generate chemicals that can actually help a person to feel better, feel good about them. This is perfect for people with low self-esteem.

It also helps them to sleep more and better.

Exercising gives people a real sense of accomplishment and pride in achieving certain goals. This makes them to adopt this kind of behavior and have them apply it in some other areas of their lives.

In motivates people to always try to overcome themselves and break their personal records.

2.  Physical exercise can help you to look better.

People who exercise on a daily basis tend to burn more calories and look more toned than those who don’t.

It can help them to keep the body at a healthy weight.

3.  Exercising helps people to lose weight.

It can actually reduce the risk of developing diseases such:

  • Obesity
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Among others!

4.  Physical activity can help you to age better.

Exercising helps you to age well.

It may not seem really important, or even legit for that manner. But it actually is.

Believe me, your body will thank you later on.

Here’s a simple example:

Osteoporosis (this is a disease that consists on the thinning of the bones) can be a real kicker. It becomes a real big problem as people get older and older.

Physical exercise forces you to support your own body weight (such as jumping, running or walking), so as a result, it helps you to strengthen bones.

People won’t believe your real age when you tell them. You got to stay active so your body stays active and  strong!
